Name, email address, phone number, postal address, and PAN when you make a donation or fill out a form (PAN is requested only where required for issuing an 80G donation receipt)
Information you provide when reporting an animal in distress (your name, contact details, location of the animal, photographs, and a description of the situation)

Information collected via third-party processors: Payment information through Razorpay. We do not store your full card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Razorpay shares with us limited transaction information such as transaction ID, amount, status, and a masked identifier.

Photographs you submit with an animal distress report may be used internally by TLF and partner volunteers for the rescue and care of the animal, and, in anonymised or non-personal form, for awareness purposes — unless you ask us in writing not to.
