This page is published to comply with the requirements of payment gateway partners (including Razorpay) and applicable regulations, notwithstanding that Tranquil Light Foundation ("TLF") does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical product.

1. No Physical Goods

1.1

tranquillight.org accepts voluntary donations in support of TLF's charitable objectives. No commercial product or merchandise is sold through this website.

1.2

We do not ship or deliver any physical product, hardware, or printed material to donors.

1.3

Accordingly, no shipping charges, shipping addresses, or shipping timelines apply to any donation made through this website.

2. What You Receive After a Donation

2.1

On successful processing of your donation, you will receive:

A payment confirmation from the payment gateway
A donation acknowledgement email from TLF

2.2

Where you are eligible for a tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, an 80G donation receipt will be issued by TLF, subject to and within the validity of TLF's provisional 80G approval. This receipt is delivered electronically to the email address you provided at the time of donation, typically within 7 business days of the donation clearing.

2.3

If you do not receive your acknowledgement or 80G receipt within a reasonable time, please contact us at tlf@tranquillight.org.

3. No Exchange

3.1

As no goods or services are exchanged for a donation, the concept of "exchange" does not apply to donations made through tranquillight.org.

3.2

A donation made to one purpose cannot be redirected, after the fact, to another purpose, except at TLF's discretion in line with its charitable objectives and applicable law.

4. No Return

4.1

As no physical goods are involved, there is no concept of return. Refunds, where eligible, are governed exclusively by the Cancellation and Refund Policy available on this website.

5. Changes to This Policy

5.1

Tranquil Light Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Shipping and Exchange Policy at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

5.2

The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
